Information on this website
We keep the information on this website as accurate as we can. Photos show examples of past events; flowers are natural products, so colours, sizes and varieties vary with the season and what growers have available. Please confirm details with us before you rely on them.
Quotes and bookings
Prices are quoted per event once we know your date, venue, guest count and the look you want. A date is only reserved once we have confirmed the booking with you in writing. Deposits, payment dates, changes, cancellations and the return of hired décor are set out in your quote or booking confirmation and form part of your agreement with us.
Flowers and substitutions
We work hard to source the exact flowers you choose. If a flower is unavailable or not up to standard for your date, we will substitute the closest match in style, colour and value, and let you know where we can.
Hired décor
Décor items we supply for your event remain our property unless your quote says otherwise. Please let your venue know that we will collect them after the event as agreed. Loss or damage to hired items may be charged as set out in your quote.
Venues and access
Setup times depend on access to the venue. Please make sure we have the access times, contact person and any venue rules we need to follow.
Photos
We may share photos of the flowers and décor we create. See our privacy policy for how this works and how to opt out.
Using this website
The photos, text and logo on this website belong to Xclusive Events or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written consent.
Links to WhatsApp, Facebook and other websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Liability
As far as the law allows, Xclusive Events is not liable for any loss arising from use of this website or reliance on information on it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
